What Was the Problem?

Where We Stepped In

After reviewing their workflow, we identified three key gaps:

What We Built

We created a custom admin panel that put structure at the center of their operations:

  • A scheduling dashboard where supervisors could assign and reassign visits with full visibility into availability and location
  • A report builder that allowed specialists to log services performed, time spent, and client feedback in a uniform format
  • An automated timesheet module that captured billable hours in real time and flagged anomalies

Each component worked together to eliminate duplicate entry, enforce consistency, and simplify payroll and reporting. The backend used Festi’s data grid tools for real-time updates across all stakeholders.
