At the core of the solution is a flexible AI engine powered by Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and Ollama. It generates personalized messages using lead context pulled from sources like LinkedIn, CRM data, and company websites.

- C# and .NET Blazor for the platform front end
- Postgres for structured data storage
- ChromaDB for lead embeddings and context management
